Who We Are

Certified Field Techs With Global Reach

Global CNC Machine Services was started in 2014 and has grown into a leading name in CNC machine tool repair. We are certified and qualified field techs who show up ready to solve the problem in front of us, not just talk about it.

We take pride in doing business with honesty and integrity. Our team performs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC machine repairs as required, and we work to get every job done right the first time.

Our techs troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and equipment with minimal supervision, using safe techniques on every job. We verify the equipment is fully functional before we leave, and we leave the work area clean and safe. Every one of our service engineers holds a 30 hour OSHA safety card.

Most of our field experience is on Mazak machines, though we are not limited to one brand. We serve customers across Ohio, nationally, and internationally, and we will travel as far as Japan to get a machine back up and running.

Our roots go back even further than the name. The team behind Global CNC Machine Services has operated independently since 2002, first as Tri-State Machine Services, before taking the Global CNC Machine Services name in 2014.

Have Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you eliminate vibration during assembly?

Each shaft is balanced several times during assembly using a Schenk computerized hard-roller balancer to eliminate vibration. We keep a stock of inner and outer rings, nuts, caps, and labyrinths on hand for quick repairs.

How does your pricing compare to other shops?

We provide fast rebuild times at competitive pricing. We work closely with experienced local businesses for quality chroming, stator rewinds, and motor lead repairs, while our in-house staff handles analysis, balancing, assembly, and testing.

How long do repairs normally take?

We know the last thing you want to hear is that a repair will take six weeks. Our team uses years of experience and the right resources to get you the parts and repairs you need at a competitive price and a realistic timeline.

What if you cannot find the part I need?

If you are searching for a hard-to-find part, give our team your machine make and model number and we will track the part down for you.

Do you repair older servo or spindle drives?

Yes. We can repair most servo and spindle drives, including older units. We partner with reliable, dependable vendors to repair drives that other manufacturers claim cannot be repaired.

Do you offer programming support?

Yes. If you need help programming a new part, our team offers programming support and will work with you so you understand your machinery and can start cutting parts quickly.
